I began body therapy as an energy worker in 1993 for family and friends. I have a healing touch and became a formally trained Massage Therapist / Holistic Practioner in 2018 certified by CAMTC , certified in Sound Healing on 2021 by the Globe Sound Healing Institute of Sausalito, CA

Vibrational or “Sound” therapy provides soothing frequencies with music alongside conventional massage, for effective stress reduction, relaxation and restoration.

Using clinically proven sounds and vibration to help you sleep, relax and renew your body during a normal massage session, therapist Michelle Nosco uses Low Frequency Generators, a sound table to carry the frequencies to you internally, tuning forks, toning and singing bowls to produce low frequency vibrations, along with soothing music to encourage brain entrainment. The vibrations stimulate your body’s cells into therapeutic states of relaxation and healing with the Alpha, Theta and Delta brainwaves.
